  1. I feel like an idiot because I used to know how to fix this, but I can't remember. Any help is appreciated.

I load up ReelDVD and import the audio and video, no problem. I import the main menu as a PSD file (Photoshop 6), which has 4 layers, no problems. Then I import the chapter menu, which has about 15 layers, and it bombs with the message that ReelDVD has generated errors and must exit. I think it has something to do with the layers or the characters used in them (I'm using asterisks (*) for menu buttons), but I can't remember. If anyone has a workaround, please let me know!

  2. I should add that it only happens when you choose one of the options with "subpicture" in it. The PSD file works fine as a still menu but I want it to recognize the layers as subpictures.

  3. I just answered part of my own problem, so for future reference I found out that you can't have 2 layers overlap each other if they are being used for buttons. If anyone can add to this it would be appreciated.
