bin file help

Ok...Yes I am new to bin file conversion but I can't find any help on editing.
My question is: I have a bin file that is 804mb can this bin file be split so I can burn with Nero?
Before you tell my that it will fit on a disk , I already burned with Nero and VCDgear and got the same results. I.E. my player plays it but keeps stopping all the time.So I thought that if I could split the file then I could make 2 vcd's of about 400 mb. Thanks for any insight.

It is a readdy to burn image, actually it is the (S)VCD.
Extract the .mpg and watch out for the file properties. Then compare them to what your player can handle. Do not hesitate to read this site. All your questions are answered here alreaddy.
