Audio out of sync on MP4 file

Can someone please reccomend something that fixes out of sync audio on an mp4 file, its out by -200, i use avi mux but that doesn't support MP4, but something similar to that would be good. Or possibly a program that will convert it to AVI and i can possibly fix it thru avi mux.

Try avidemux, open mp4, under Audio and Shift adjust the value to 200. Save as a new mp4. It wont be
reconverted.

Thanks for that but it seems when you shift the audio other parts go further out of sync so whoever done it is a twat and probably didn't even bother to check it

Try XMedia Recode. I had never AV sync problems.
