  1. Does a windows program exist that can take a folder full of video files and create a flat file catalog of information about the files. Such as Video size, resolution, audio information, ect?

    abcAVI Tag Editor (at least for AVI files) ... you can customize it's EXPORT format to create any text format you'd like. Includes samples like WinAmp/WMP playlists, etc.

  3. Thanks, what i need is a tool like gspot that can run as a batch and output to a plain text file.

    It'll do a whole folder if that's what you need and export to a text file.
