Hi.
I'm using Mozilla Firefox 3.6 and as you know you cannot use the following add-ons. Batch Download - Save Images - Bazzacuda Image Saver. These will only work with the older versions of Firefox.
Can anyone tell me which Firefox add-ons i can use with Firefox 3.6 in place of the above?
Thanks

Bazzacuda's Image Saver, while no longer being developed, has been picked up by a new author, and can be found under the name Bazzacuda Image Saver Plus. The latest version claims to be able to work with 3.6.
For Save Images, go to the AMO page for it. The latest version that claims to support 3.6 is still in the sandbox, so go to the bottom of the page, and click on the View Older Versions link. Then, at the top of the page, you should find version 0.64 of the extension. Place a checkbox next to "Let me install this experimental add-on." above the "Add to Firefox (Windows)" button, and it'll let you click the Add button to install.
Batch Download's newest version is also in the sandbox, though the install is visible from the main page without going to View Older Versions.
You might also want to keep Nightly Tester Tools or MR Tech Toolkit around, so you can use their compatibility features to attempt to make extensions designed for older versions of FF work on newer versions. If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
