Hello again,
I am confused as to what to download for the older Real Alternative and media player which gives both streaming audio and video.
Where should I get it?
What version is the most recent to stream both audio and video?
I have the streaming version on one machine so I can watch my news. But I no longer have the original installer download. Apparently it is not in the expanded install because I looked.
Also, can the Real Alternative folder just be moved to c: programs on the other machine?

Real alternative is just a RM codec pack packaged with the Media Player Classic player. I would look for a version of MPC that has the features you want. From Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real_Alternative
