I've got an interlaced MPEG TS, 1920x1080/29.97, and I want to deinterlace and double the frame rate (and convert to x264, but that part works). I run it through DGIndex, and in my avisynth script I've got mpeg2source("file") and tdeint(mode=1), and I open that in Virtualdub and save it. The resulting video is 59.94 fps but its in slow motion. Am I missing something obvious? Other bobber type deinterlacers have the same result.
If I haven't done anything dumb so far, here's a sample of what I'm working with.

Might your CPU be too slow to play back the resulting file at full speed? Unlikely, but try resizing and test again

That worked, you're the man. Thanks.
While this is here, would you recommend any specific deinterlacer for this?
