the capturing from the DV cam (PAL) is done using the premiere (trouble free process).
When it is time to convert to SVCD, TMPGEnc 2.53 would not recognize the file, an error would say "the avi file is not availabe or unsupported", i had tried to change the enviroment setting to higher avi priority, but with no luck.
After many attemptes with TMPGEnc (with one or two files were successful, but many were not), i switched to Ulead movie factory. But again problems arise,... the quality of the output was horrible, lines were all over the and some files had no sound.
where did i go wrong?
