I have looked around the forum for a while and can't find a fix for my problem. What I am trying to do is, I have MP4 files that I have purchased and I have DL subs from a subtitle site that gradually go out of sync. I'm guessing the files are pal they are Spanish from Spain. I have tried a few programs (subtitle workshop, subtitle creator) but they did not fix the problem maybe I did something wrong. I used input 25 and output to 23.97 and 29.97, neither worked. Is there an easy way to do this.
