Burning Double Layer Disc

I have a LG GH20NS10. When I burn DL disc I always burning error. Is this due to the DL disc or the drive? I have a feeling it's the drive because for single is 98% ok. I have tried a lot of different brand of DL disc. Any suggestion? I am using Imgburn 2.5. Thank you.

You didn't mention specifically what media you have tried, but if you did not use Verbatim or Taiyo-Yuden, do so. Pretty much any other type of DL media is unlikely to give good, consistent results.

And of course, never touch the laser-facing disc surface. You can read through light fingerprints and smudges, but writing is another thing. And DL writing is yet another.

Also try burning at below maximum speed.

And don't ask the computer to do any other tasks while burning.

I am not sure if TY even make DL discs. To date, the only consistent results have come from using verbatim +R DL discs.
