Can someone suggest an easy method of converting a series of jpeg stills (25+) into a mpeg file? I am aware of programs like WinOnCD and Ulead Pictureshow which creates VCD movie stills but wondering if there's a more flexible method.
I have also tried TMPEng but it only seems to allow you to convert one jpeg to mpeg at a time. Is there some sorta of batch mode?
Once I figure out an efficient method of conversion, I would like to put transitions and audio between stills.
Thank you

tmpgenc will encode all if they have names like name001.jpg name002.jpg and so on and are in the same folder.
