    I recorded a concert and I want to sperate the sound to wav. so I can burn it to a cd. I have captrured only the sound in preniere 6 from dv camera, and the sound is in avi tried few things to make it to wav but no result, can anyone help, thanx....

    open avi in virtualdub and save the wav. (under file i think)

    thanx, i have tried that it tells me that it couldnt locate decompressor, it requiers video for window (vfw) compatible codec to decompress the video. I have downloaded every imaginable codec, still nothing.

    In virtualdub click on audio, then go to full processing mode, then under file save as wav. That's what I do anyway. Never have probs.

    hmm try to download all the codecs and install them if you haven't. If that don't work, well I dunno
