  1. I've just bought one but yet to get home and try it out.
    Does anyone know if it can play VCD or SVCD?
    It's manual just lists DVD and audio CD as being supported.

  2. Only VCD's it has a question mark by SVCD so you'll just have to try it.

I must admit I had seen that entry in the table before but did not feel confident due to there being only one comment which looks suspiciously like being authored by Richersounds (interesting spelling too!). I have now tried it and got the result I was hoping for - it DOES work.
    Will try SVCD tonight, time (and wife) permitting.
