How to make flashes play normally in VCD?

Did you just stop by to babble incoherently or do you have an actual question?

A flash file would require significant transformation to play in a standalone VCD player, however such devices are fairly rare, moving the question to computer software makes no sense whatsoever.

1) convert the flash video to MPEG1
2) author a VCD
3) burn it.
