    Hello everyone,

I am using Windows Media Encoder 9, and in a dual screen environment, I want to record only the primary screen. Any ideas or samples how to implement this? Non-programming solution is also appreciated.

    I am using VSTS 2008 + C# + .Net 3.5.

    thanks in advance,
    George

  2. WME asks you if you want to capture a region in one of the dialog boxes. You can marquee select a region (click drag a box outline) , or select a window

Thanks poisondeathray, I understand how to do this manually, actually this is how I did each time. My question is about whether there is automatic ways to save screen region in wme file (like all other codec and quality and output folder settings), so that I can click the wme file and record automatically? No need to manually set each time? Any ideas?
