Cycoder record problem

Ok, so some super famous dude came to our school, and I filmed him to my iPhone 3G using Cycoder. At the very last moment the phone turned off since it ran out of battery. I later charge it up, open cycoder and try to play the movie. It doesn't play. I copy it to my pc, and it won't open with VLC or Quicktime.

So I did some research, and found out that the MOV format wasn't finished, so some vital info was missing. Is there any program to fix it? I've already tried MPEG Stream Clip, so no point recomending me that .

Any help will be apreciated !
