    I am having moire effect in some of my HD clips. It appears only on the subject's shirt. Is there something that can be done to correct this?

    Can I blur the shirt only? I am using premiere pro CS4.

    You'll have to create a mask. If the shirt is moving you'll have to track it.

    The shirt does not move very much, the subject is stationary. Is this an easy process?
