Hi!
I have a subtitle file downloaded for a movie and followed this guide to make the subs for DVD: LINK but after converting with srt2sup the subtitles sync totally changed and are so useless. I checked the VOB-s created with IFOedit but the colors are also screwed up.
Any ideas how to solve this?
Thank you!
panderson

Try convert to sup using subtitle creator instead and see if it works better.
And if you are adding subs to a DVD you can try the wizard in Subtitle Creator, see https://forum.videohelp.com/topic338721.html -
Thank you for the idea, but this software did also desynchronize the subtitles... I'm sure I missed some options to check, but could you be so kind please to check what the problem might be?
I posted the SRT file and the created SUP file in the first post.
Thank you!

PS: May the problem be that the movie I downloaded is DivX and when converted with TMPGEnc the total frame number changes? -
Hi, I found the receip that worked for me:
TMPGEnc, Subtitle Creator and MuxMan (free)
Now the subtitles are great!
Thank you for the suggestion!
