It has happened twice. Once an error appeared saying "Invalid Handle". The second time the program stopped at "Burning". It stayed at 0% for thirty minutes. What would cause these problems and how could I solve them? I am using DVD+R discs, and they have plenty of storage room for the movie.

Don't let ConvertXtoDVD burn for you. Create your DVD files on your HDD, then use Imgburn to burn the results to DVD.
Otherwise, contact VSO support. It uses their own CopytoDVD burning engine.Read my blog here.
