Hi all, I'm new here so go easy on me

    I've got a slight problem:
I'm trying to convert swf's to any iPhone/iPod compatible format but it just won't work.
I used to use a progam that I think was called magic swf2avi, but it had some flaws, and then I found SUPER, and last time I tried it it worked without a hitch. But tonight, when I try to convert stuff it's just giving me errors.
I'm trying to convert episodes of "weebl and bob" and "30 second bunnies" but it's failing miserably.

Super's won checking tells me I might have a lack of free space on my HD, but it works when I try to convert XviD avi's so I'm guessing that wouldnt be the cause.

Any ideas why it won't work?

Only SWFs with embedded FLV digital video streams or that actually are FLVs (sometimes, people rename the .flv files to .swf) can be converted with a digital video converter like SUPER. 'True' Shockwave Flash animation files can't be converted that way. Are you sure the file you're trying to convert is a digital video and not a Flash animation?
If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?

It's most certainly a flash animation, but as I recall I've used SUPER for this purpose before... I may be wrong.

What software are there to help me achieve my goals then?

It will work on some SWFs but not all. You could use a screen capture tool like camstudio to capture the swf while you play it.
