I'm converting 4 seasons of Lost dvd's and I have with 2 seasons out of sync problems.

Season 1 and 3 are perfect with automkv. I converted them to mkv with original ac3 sound.
The same I did with season 2 and 4 but the audio was at least 2 seconds out of sync.
I tried several settings but every time the same problem.

I tried reripping with ripit4me, fixvts, created one big vob file but nothing helped.

Tried it with autoGK and megui but also the same result with audio way out of sync.

any ideas how to get it right?
