window media encoder 9 and Diamond Multimedia ATI TV Wonder HD 600 USB 2.0

does any one have used Diamond Multimedia ATI TV Wonder HD 600 USB 2.0 card with window media encoder ?
I have used the WME 9 in past with ALL in wonder card with no problem (in other computer). here are problems.
(have all the current drivers for ATI)

trying to Stream live TV
WME9 see the card and I can change channels and input window shows correct, As soon as I start encoding I get the errors.

Invalid or corrupt data was encountered (0xC00D002F).

I can encode screen capture and audio but not the TV.

After week and Half I got an answer back from ATI tech support that this is not compatible with WME9 but there 650 series is.

Also I tried 600 usb with ORB and it worked fine for streaming video.
