I've been using this forum for about a month and have obtained a good deal of knowledge and experience from many users. I just posted some new information about how to control system Interrupts for Capture and hopefully it will help someone else.

Another major bit of information I would like to share with all users of this forum is the "Guide" I found on another WEB page that has really helped me tune my system. I would think that is could be place on the toos section of this forum as critical information on how to configure and tune any system to optimise it for Video Capture. This is not a simple one page list of "too do's", it is 19 pages of fine print and menu pastes that guide anyone through Window ME to control everything that will hopefully give you more system resource and performance for Video Capture. It is not easy to implement,.. it takes time, trial and error experimentation, since there are not two systems that are the same. Some of it you may not want to use, some of it scares me to death,... but at least the person that created it has spent an enormous amount of time testing it.

Alot of people have a computer, buy a video card, and immediately have a problem,... then they post a question on this forum,.. asking for help. I've done some of this myself.... and gotten some help. But I really think that the best way to get your system tuned and running is to read, read, read, and search for more information to read. I am amazed at the amount of new information I've gathered in just 4 weeks.

Hope some of it has help others. The WEB page for the guide is
