How to play splitted mkv file on my blu ray???????????

I have philips BDP7500Sl and it splitted a mkv file so that i can copy it to my usb .I splitted the file using mktoolnix and copied it to my usb then when i play the splitted mkv file it only shows 100% on my player nothing else.
plsssss help

Try disable header compression in mkvtoolnix, under file->options and disable header removal compression. Restart mkvmergegui. And then split.

If the srt is separate to the MKV (which I assume it is).....

Open the original MKV with mkvtoolnix and add the srt file to it. Resave it as a new MKV while splitting it as required. If you want to keep the subtitles as seperate files open the split MKV sections with MKVCleaver (make sure MKVCleaver is version 0.5.0.4, otherwise Google and download the update patch). Extract the subtitle stream from each part. You'll now have an appropriate srt file for each one.

If you want to, you can re-open each part of the split MKV using mkvtoolnix, de-select the subtitle track and re-save each one as a new MKV without the subtitles included, keeping the subtitles as separate files only.
