    I just got to hear about the great chance to reduce my videos in size.

    I follow steps 1-3, the process window appears, a bell rings almost simultaniously, but then there is no file. Not in the designated area, nor (seemingly) anywhere elso an the computer.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Much appreciate your help.

    PS: original format was mkv to avi.
