Streamclip output blurred

I opened a MPEG-1 muxed file from my Sony DSC-T200 camera. I opened it in StreamClip 1.9.1, and it looks great. But when I cut out a few seconds and save it, it is all blurry with big square pixels. How do I save this in high quality?
