I made the mistake and cut my video into like 30-40 single scenes.
I want to change the contrast ... but it takes so much effort doing this on every single scene.
The group-creation also does not work. If select all scenes with Shift, it still does not work.
Is there a way to change the contrast / any VideoFX for all the scenes ?
Using Vegas 8 Trial.
PS: It works if i mark all scenes and drag an preset-contrast effect (e.g. darker, more contrast) into one scene.
But when i change the settings in the window that opens after, it does not change for all !

1. Apply the Fx you want to one clip. Then double click to select the clip. Right click and select copy.
2. Then click once on the next clip. Right click and select "paste event attributes". This applies all effects you have on the first clip to the second clip: video effect, audio effects, etc.
3. Repeat step #2 with each of the remaining clips.
You have to click on each clip one by one to paste, but you don't have to reset the parameters for each effect. -
Are all your clips on the same timeline ? If so, you can apply Event FX to the timeline instead of the clips.
If not, you can save your current project, open a new project and then put this project onto the timeline instead of a clip, and apply your changes across he entire project. This is called Nesting Projects and is covered in the Help files.Read my blog here.
