Hello I tried to convert a DVD VOB file (music video) into these formats but i have some problems with the output:

Source is interlanced, so i must add deintarlace filter I used for encode: TMPGencXpres 4 and Autogk, i think that the problem is with the deinterlace filter becuase without this the picture plays normaly, but interlaced.
Can anyone tell me how can i convert with these programs normally these files?
I tried with the all deinterlace filters but did not worked and can anyone tell me or send me a Very High Quality XVID/x264 TMPG preset, and how can I activate the deblocking/ can I clear the picture in the output file.

I need these programs because they I can crop the video and they are easy to use.
