    Hello
    I have several CD's/movies that are in MPeg format and I would like to be able to send them to a friend through the IRC.....can I convert these back from I guess DAT file to Mpeg again...and how?

    just copy dat file from disk to pc then rename.dat to .mpg

    Just put the .dat's on your HD and chgange the extension to .mpg. Its that easy. VCDgear is also a program to do it, but its not as simple as changing the extension.
