Well, I just made a VCD of the movie Driven and when I played it in my standalone DVD player the music was noticably louder than the voices were. The dialogue was hard to hear at times. I followed the whole process that is on this site as far as using virtual dub for the sound and all those other programs to make a VCD. I am not sure whether it may be a winamp setting or not, cause that's what plays my WAV files. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

you could get a wave editor and convert your audio stream to a wave file then nomalize the track and reincode audio then multiplex audio and movie together again does the trick for me
