which dvd player with HDMI and USB2 - 5982 not available in belgium

I'm looking for a dvd player with HDMI and USB2 port to be able to connect a HDD
I think the philips DVP5982 has those feature.
But its not available yet in belgium (europe) and philips can't give me the availability date

Are there other model with same features ?
When will the 5982 be available in europe ?

thanks for reply but 5960 has no usb.. and I look for usb2 port able to read divx movies
in belgium we can have
- 5160 usb1 no hdmi
- 5960 hdmi no usb
- 5980 hdmi and usb1 able to support jpeg/mp3/wma

usb2 for divx ??

My 5960 has a USB port and HDMI. The USB port is v. 1.1. And so is the 5982 USB port.

A friend of mine has a 5960 & he uses the usb port to play dvix movies all the time. I have a 5982 & also use the usb to play all kinds of avi's. I did make what I think is a very interesting discovery. If the avi has "packed bitstream" the movment is jerky looking. I use MPEG4 Modifier to unpack the bitstream & now the movment is no longer jerky.

The usb on the 5980 is 1.1 as is the 5960. Germany,France and Luxembourg are but a Bus ride away..
