I'm having trouble cutting an .AVI file with Ulead DVD Movie Factory. Once I cut the file, I can't open it up in the authoring section of the program. When I try to add the file, it says something like "Frame is too big" or "data rate is too much" and ask me if I want to make an XVCD instead (nothing happens when I say yes). I've tried to cut it into all different formats and I can't get any to work. Any ideas?

As I understand, before authoring you have to convert the AVI into MPEG (1 or 2).That's the only way, I could author menus with MF.
