alternative to ulead movie factory

Hi All,
I am looking for a software ( possibly freeware) so complete and so easy like the one in the object
I need it to make a dvd from a master of more than 10 hrs: the software should allow to cut, edit, make subtitles so all the applications which are in ulead

There is nothing freeware that will do all of that, although there are freeware tools that can do each step.

The closest to Ulead would be Premiere Elements or Sony Vegas Movie Studio
