    Check the DVD Players list for comments on these players.
    Also check out the Nerd-Out forums at http://www.nerd-out.com/forum
    If you get an Apex 1500 make sure to check the serial# because models beginning with "SV" are not flash upgradeable for firmware mods. The models begining with "D" are flashable so its easy to remove Macrovision and make Region Free etc.
