When i encode the divx 25fps file (of a movie) the motion looks wierd in both ntsc and ntscfilm. Is there an option or filter that will make the motion look normal in ntsc? Do i have to use PAL, and if i do will standalone ntsc dvdplayers and tv play it back normally and in 4:3 aspect?
