    Which one is better, I will mostly use it for watching DivX and XviD movies
    BIOSTEK XS-260 or PHILIPS DVP5160?

    I would have to pick the Philips. While they are cheap and have some limitations, they are generally reliable. And I've never heard of Biostek.
