If they are on one DVD, you could extract them out as one large MPEG with VOB2MPG, edit them, then re-encode to a size that fits your DVD media then reauthor back to a DVD.

And Pj10, in the future please use a more descriptive subject title in your posts to allow others to search for similar topics. I will change yours this time. From our rules:
Try to choose a subject that describes your topic.
Please do not use topic subjects like Help me!!! or Problems.
    Thanks,

If it's an episodic DVD then just rip the individual programs out with DVD Decryptor in IFO mode. Check the settings and set for "Do Not Split Files" or else they will be split at the 1024 MB point. You can then reauthor them any way you want....

TDA and TMPGEnc MPEG Editor can import DVD with chapter information and allow for cutting either at chapter points or anywhere else on timeline. The first program outputs in DVD folder form (with new menu if wanted), the second one outputs MPEGs.

As Alex_ander says, TDA is a quick and easy way of doing this. Unlike VOB2MPG, which is a fine program to convert to one big MPG file, like for a movie for example, the Add DVD video feature of TDA splits your title into its chapters and automatically saves them as individual MPGs on your hard drive, very practical for episodes or music/concert DVDs. Just be sure to check both options:

I haven't tried oldfart13's way with DVD Decrypter yet, but I'm sure it's quick and easy, too, and has the advantage of being freeware.
