  1. I recently ran into two editing terms that I haven't heard of...

    Could someone kindly clarify what these mean:

    1) Uprezing

    2) String Outs

    Uprezing means matching your source clip resolution/frame rate to the project resolution (often with full color matching).

    This link defines String Out as "A string-out is “chunks” of Reality dailies cut together jump-cut style, including bites, and into an edited sequence."
