As a newbie I understood that for video editing I better Have a saporate HDD for
system and soft and another one for edit.I'm also adding a 3rd one for projects .
The computer will work for general use too on XP.
But, how specificly to set each HDD ???
Should I load all softs on the system and just direct the data to the Edit/Projects HDD ?
And what with data from other programs [word etc.] should it stay on the system disk?

I was thinking of an XP {64 OR 32 ?] with the new Adobe Elements 4 + 6
which may be upgraded later on to the Pro line. Plus Photoshop and
Office and If not too risky I want to connect it to the net through a router[have another laptop].
It will be used for Home Video editing [DV and old VHS analoge through the video cam]
Some general use and the net. -
