I have two problems with some movies with AVI2DVD:
1. audio is about 10 seconds late than video
2. the ratio on DVD sometimes is wrong. Where can I find out which convertion I need? I was reading of "VobSub plugin setting" in the forum. Where can I find this?
Thanks for helping!

The first problem might be from the audio format. Most times MP3 VBR audio. You can check the file with Gspot 2.70 and look for the green 'VBR' light to the lower left to see if it's on. If so, you might want to extract the audio to a WAV and use that for your audio source.
The second question, are you asking about the aspect ratio? Such a 4:3 or 16:9? I believe that's set by a 'flag' while encoding.
VobSub is a DirectShow subtitle filter for subtitles. You can just follow the highlighted link to VobSub in our 'Tools' section.

Try running the original AVI through this and then re-save it.

Here's a shot of an AVI that gave me problems, the new saved version worked fine.
Running the new saved version through it again you'll no loger see 'bad' and the delay(ms) should now be zero.
It's also a great app for joining multiple AVI's.
