Hi
I am trying to set up a video conference with VLC from one pc to another over IP.
I am thinking of using a DV cam for the video and i want to use a 6 channel audio file (for exapmle a .wav or .ac3 file)
Has anyone any idea if this can work with VLC and help me how i can do it?
All of your answers will be very helpful and thank you for your time!

Why would you want 6-channel?
How do you intend to create this in real-time?
Just go with stereo, or mono for that matter. -
I want to have at least 4 channels because this is my professors goal!
I can use a soundfield microphone system, which can generate 5.1 channels but i do not know how i can transfer them on my pc.
I mean if there is a sound card available that can receive this 5.1 audio channels. If there is then i can do this in real time with VLC
