The bleep effect.

Hi guys so i want to bleep the swearing on some of my videos,and i would like help on how to do it.

First of all where can i find the sound effect and then what software shall i use?

An astable multivibrator, a speaker, and a battery.

Audacity, or Goldwave, or Soundforge.

You could use a 1kHz tone for the bleep. Should be easy to find one.

Depends on what editing software you're using as to how to put it in your video. A little more info and I might be able to help.

Well what more info shall i give?I just shoot some times videos from my mobile and just for fun i've considered using thsi effect for covering the swearing.Nothing big though!

I'm thinking of using vegas to start with and will let you know of my results.

Vegas is good. Avid also has a free version of their XpressDV software called FreeDV.

1kHz is usually the standard tone you hear with color bars, so it's easier to find already in a wav or mp3 format.

Are you talking about videos shot from a phone?

Yes i'm talking about videos from phone but quality is good. 30 fps 640x480.

Also does anybody know of a programm that supports editing of mp4 files?Cause thats the format it stores in.
