and there is an effect from 1:48 to 1:49 any one no what this plugging effect is called ,how or where to get it.. Im using adobe premiere cs3

Looks like a weird horizontal stretch + defocus while fading to white.

CS3 has all that you need to roll your own. Just layer the effects while transitioning to white..
