I know this is the SVCD2DVD section, but decided to throw this question here for ChrissyBoy......

I have HDTV2DVD working fine, aside from getting the VIDEO_TS folder that I want it is also creating a big .MPG file outside the HDTV2DVD_OUTPUT folder, which I don't need.

I assume and think that this file gets created first and then from this file the program creates the VIDEO_TS and audio folder. Is this assumptiom correct?

If I don't need this file then do I just manually delete this file? I think there's no option to tell the program to delete, is this correct? .....

  2. You are correct on all counts. The MPG creation step is a necessary part of the process.

The full version of SVCD2DVD can be set to automatically delete these files. Full functionality of HDTV2DVD is built into S2D and much more.
