Hi,
First of all I’d say this ffmpegX tool is so great. I have been using this to successfully converted bunch of hi-def ts into 720p@24hz which could be played by AppleTV, the input file is normally 1080i ts, while my output is set as 1280x720@24hz, H.264 file, most importantly this format seems to be the only high def video supported by AppleTV, for those successfully converted file they are played by AppleTV amazingly.
My problem though, is out of total converted file, some of the ‘video’ has been generated into two separated file, one xxx.Video.xxx, another one xxx.audio.xxx, instead of those successfully converted file which is a ‘single’ ‘movie’ file.
Just wondering if someone could help me to figure out the way of setting that could prevent generating those separate video only and audio only file.
Thanks,

If ffmpegx runs into an error during, for example, the muxing/authoring phase, it will leave the elementary streams. Sometimes, simply re-muxing the streams works. Other times, there is some sort of serious error that prevents completion.
Click on the blue "i" button on the Progress window to read the log file. It will contain information about what ffmpegx was doing, and about any errors it encountered. That information may give you an important clue.
