MS Word XP PgDn advances the text half-screen only

Hello everybody:
I have a weird problem on my MS Word XP: when I press Page Down key, the text is only advanced half a screen, which I find extremely annoying.
I was unable to find anything that could change it in Tools->Options or Tools->Customize
Does anybody know if it is possible to make PgDn key behave normally?

View > zoom > whole page or 50% = shift 1 complete page .

But then you'd need a huge monitor to be able to read it .

It only works with what fits within the screen , currently being viewed .

Depending on version you may see this item down to the right .



Click arrows jumps in pages .

Now it works. The double arrows under the vertical scroll bar advance at least 2 pg, but I do not care about those,as I do not use them.

This forum is quite amazing, probably the biggest on the net. You can ask pretty much anything on tech stuff and there are always members who know.
