Getting an error on install

It's telling me that I need to install the following items whenever I open the program:

mpeg2enc
mencoder
mplayer

What do I actually have to do? I've had mplayer on my pc before but never on a mac. I also didn't actually compile it myself I got it from someone else. So how do I do this?

The binaries can be downloaded pre-compiled from the URLs indicated on the same screen, as well as from links listed on the website.

Download them on your desktop
~/Desktop/mpeg2enc.intel
~/Desktop/ffmpegXbinaries20060307/mencoder
~/Desktop/ffmpegXbinaries20060307/mplayer
select them with the Locate button
and click Install.

For me when i download mpeg2enc.intel from ffmpegx website, it download mpeg2enc.intel.txt, so it won't install... even if i rename the file to .intel...
