Hi yall
is there some samples out with diffrent bitrates and resolution to test you vcd, svcd or dvd player??
i mean
some samples of movies of 1 mins and they have all diffrent bitrates and resolutions so i can burn the samples and c what my dvd player can handle
so i know at the end what my dvd player can play, what it's maxmum and minimum bitrates, resolution are.

i don't know much about CVD CDVD and miniDVD

is there something out like this?? but not with still picture a sort part of a movie or something (1 min will do it )
so i know what the min and max bitrates and resolution of my ,vcd, svcd or dvd player is

I dont think you will find samples for all that...but you could easily make own samples, just get a good source video file and use tmpgenc and start encoding and burn with vcdeasy in vcd 2.0 mode.

A 1 minute sample isn't enough. You really can be sure your player can handle 700 kbs only after watching a full test disc through. For example my Philips DVD 622 plays nearly everything I trow in, but every VBR VCD / most SCVDs (trying to get the max playtime) will hang once in a while. The XVCD may play OK for 60 minutes and only then the problems arise
