JPEGs 2 MPEGs?

How do I convert my jpegs to mpegs so I can use the freeware programs on this site to make a VCD photo album? I've looked everywhere, and can't find anything! Please help me! Thanx.

if you turn it into a bmp i think you wont have a problem but to have a standard vcd you need sound also... you can save a jpeg bmp with windoze paint.

What do I do with it as a bmp? Use it at as a mpeg? Is it easier to convert to mpeg? I don't see anything on the link you gave me to answer my question.
