a couple of years ago i went on a holiday and a friend of mine made a vcd of the trip photos...
what is the best way for me to extract the jpegs from the vcd?......
any help would be great.

The original JPGs are gone. The best you can get is the pictures in 704x576 resolution, more likely just 352x288. It depends on how the VCD was created.
